No association of real estate agents is as large as the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) in Australia today. Founded in 1910 by just a small group of real estate professionals, the institute has grown tremendously to become one of the most comprehensive organizations in the country. The main objective behind its creation was to protect the interests of member agents while at the same time maintaining the professional standards and ethical business practice in the realty industry. Its aim was to create a business environment based on mutual trust and so to provide a channel of communication between the real estate business and the government while not overlooking its inherent responsibilities towards the general public.
REINSW Code of Conduct
REINSW code of conduct aims at promoting and encouraging a high standard of ethical and professional practice among real estate agents. The code of conduct is nothing but a public statement that tells its members how to behave when dealing with a client or a member of the public. REINSW has adopted the national Code of Practice developed by the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA). REINSW Training
REINSW Training and Education programs aim at developing skills that one needs to excel in his/her career in real estate industry. The courses and training programs are offered by REINSW Education & Training, which is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Learners and professionals can find here a wide range of courses and licensing programs catering to their specific learning requirements. Courses include Certificate of Registration and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) also and there are eLearning and In-house training facilities as well.
