DDA draw results 2011, which is expected to be announced in the middle of April, will decide who gets the ownership of 16000 flats lying at different corners of the city. Those who cannot make it to the list of successful candidates will get their registration amount back immediately. If this does not happen, they will receive an interest on the amount till the time the fund is deposited back to their accounts.
