The Madhuban-Bapudham Yojana, as it is known, has earmarked land and plots of varying size and dimension for the construction of LIG and MIG flats.

These plots for sale will be made available to the applicants who have prior registration with the Ghaziabad Development Authority. The allotment is usually made after a GDA draw, which is carried out once the application process is over.
