Greater Noida Authority Housing Scheme 2009 invited applications in 2009 for the BHS-11 plots. The draw results of BHS-11 were announced on 21 July 2009. The residents of Greater Noida were waiting very anxiously for the results. The residential scheme helps in getting the residential plots which are essentially meant for the middle income group and also for generally lower income group people. The current plot schemes of Greater Noida Authority comprise of industrial, institutional, IT and ITES schemes.

Under the new Greater Noida Authority Housing Scheme 2010 the residential plots are offered by them to the residents of Greater Noida. The allotment of the residential plots of BHS-12/2010 which is four storeyed is available in the sectors ETA-II, OMICRON-III, OMICRON-1 and OMICRON-1A. The forms are available on the website and also at the various branches of GNIDA from 15 Jan 2010 and the last date for the receipt of application forms is 15 Feb 2010. The latest schemes of Residential township plots, group housing and builders' residential plots are also included in the scheme of 2010. The last date for the receipt of applications is 16 Feb 2010.
