HUDA conducts an open draw of all the applications it receives for the allotment of these plots.
HUDA offers commercial, industrial, residential and other plots. Allotment of the plots is generally made on the basis of first come first served basis. HUDA considers the every month as a block and the applications received in a month are counted as one block. The Allotment Committee declares the results which are usually based on the draw.
