HUDA Allotment has evolved into an issue that attracts the focus of people seeking homes in the state of Haryana. The draw takes place under the provisions of Haryana Development Authority Act, 1977. These plots are available in Gurgaon, Faridabad, Sonepat, Bahadurgarh, Rohtak, Palwal and also in other major urban areas. HUDA conducts an open draw of all the applications it receives for the allotment of these plots.
HUDA offers commercial, industrial, residential and other plots. Allotment of the plots is generally made on the basis of first come first served basis. HUDA considers the every month as a block and the applications received in a month are counted as one block. The Allotment Committee declares the results which are usually based on the draw. The announcement of the Plots is generally made in the leading newspaper and can also be accessed from the official website of HUDA www.huda.nic.in.
