HUDA Faridabad Plots |
HUDA Faridabad Plots acquire a major chunk of all the plots being allotted by the authority in the state of Haryana under various schemes. Even the number of dwelling units designed for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and disposed under the JNNURM Scheme "Ashiana" stands at 3080, which is more than 40 percent of the total allotment in the state. It can easily be seen that Faridabad ranks at the top when it comes to the allotment of plots and housing units by HUDA in the state.
The statistics of the authority says that it has so far allotted over 2.5 lakh plots of varying sizes for residential use in the entire state. An impressively large number of plots have been allotted in Faridabd alone under different plot schemes. While the process of draw results and plot booking are on for HUDA Faridabad Plots 2009, we expect to see some new schemes for the allotment of HUDA plots in certain sectors of Faridabad in 2010.

HUDA Faridabad Plots 2009
Applications were invited for the allotment of HUDA Faridabad Plots located at various urban estates in 2009. There are four urban estates under the zonal office, which include the city of Faridabad, Palwal, Hathin and Roz-Ka-Meo. The allotment was to be made on the freehold basis at the rates fixed by the authority and announced at the time of the publication of advertisement. It is important that the completed application forms reach the address well before the last date mentioned in the advertisement. A draw of lots decides the names of the applicants who will be allotted the HUDA plots in the fair and square manner. The draw results are made available on the website of the authority and also in the leading newspapers.
