HUDA Gurgaon is one among the five zonal offices of Haryana Urban Development Authority, the other four being Faridabad, Panchkula, Hisar and Rohtak. Under the administrator of Gurgaon circle there are four Estate Officers, each exercising control over the urban areas of Gurgaon, Rewari, Narnaul and Dharuhera individually. The administrator works towards a better coordination among the various wings of HUDA at zonal level and is fully responsible for the planned development of the areas concerned. He is also responsible for the implementation of various projects and schemes as per the guidelines laid in HUDA Gurgaon Master Plan through the active support of Urban Estate Officers.
HUDA Gurgaon Master Plan
HUDA Gurgaon Master Plan, also known as Gurgaon Manesar Master Plan 2021, is changing the face of the city quite rapidly. Under the plan, nearly 15 thousand hectrare of land has been earmarked for the residential purposes that will see the number of sectors in the city go up by 58. The major thrust of development is on the southern peripheral area along the corridors linking Sohna Road and Golf Course Road Extension. Among the most developed HUDA sectors in Gurgaon are Sector 4, 14, 29, 56 and 57 where rates of properties are the highest. The Master Plan has envisaged the emergence of some new growth corridors that may see a quick rising of real estate in Dharuhera, DLF Phase V, Pataudi Road and Sohna Road.

A newspaper advertisement is made which contains information regarding application forms, last date of submission of a completed form, earnest money required, draw date and the date of the publication of the draw results. The form and information brochure are also made available online through the official website of HUDA Gurgaon. Sometimes HUDA also comes up with a scheme for the allotment of flats under various categories.
In fact, it has constructed a number of residential units, flats, shopping centers, clubs and entertainment complexes in the city.
