HUDA Plots 2009
The Chief Minister of Haryana, Bhupinder Singh Hooda has ordered for developing freehold residential areas in prime locations, like Faridabad, Gurgaon, Bahadurgarh, Palwal and Rohtak. The officials of HUDA have confirmed that about 802 plots of different categories will be allotted in Bahadurgarh, 164 plots in Sonepat, 316 plots in Faridabad, 205 plots in Palwal and 8 plots in Panipat in 2009.
HUDA Plots 2010
HUDA invited applications for the allotment of freehold residential plots in major urban areas of Haryana. The applications can be submitted from Nov 2009 to Jan 2010. HUDA plots are constructed in good locations and are priced affordably along with the provision of good financing schemes and loans. These plots are available in different sizes as 2 marla, 4, marla, 6, marla, 8 marla , 10 marla and 1 kanal. The payment is to be made in installments. Firstly, you have to pay 10% of the total price of the plots then 15% during the period of allotment within one month and the balanced money 75% in 6 installments.
