PUDA Mohali is concerned with the development and the urbanization of infrastructure.
Greater Mohali Area Development Authority offers industrial, commercial, residential institutional facilities. PUDA was established in 1995 with an aim to provide balanced growth in Punjab. Mohali is a city located nearby Chandigarh. It had a large population and in order to fit the rising population, it brings up the new schemes for the allotment of plots.

Mohali has become a new IT hub in terms of industrial development. The city has long been expanding as far as the development of the infrastructure is concerned. PUDA has also proposed a master plan in Mohali to increase the pace of rapid development further in and around the city. Mohali has been growing as an industrial township since 1960s. The process of industrialization acquired a new pace since the developmental work of PUDA started in the city. Today some of the top-notch MNC's are looking for the commercial and industrial plots in Mohali to set up industries and other commercial establishments here.
