Alabama Real Estate License Law includes rules and regulations pertaining to real estate. This Real Estate Law has also created the Alabama Real Estate Commission that consists of nine members. The creation, qualification, terms, compensation, record etc are defined in Chapter 34-27-7 of Alabama Real Estate License Law.
Chapter 34-27-2 of Alabama Real Estate License Law defines the terms related to real estate. In this chapter Associate Broker, Broker, Commission, Commissioner, Company, Engage, Inactive License, Licensee, License Period, Person, Place of Business, Qualifying Broker, Recovery Fund and Salesperson have been defined.
Chapter 34-27-3 of AL Real Estate License Law covers the nonresidents and co-brokerage agreement.
Chapter 34-27-4 of Real Estate License Law in Alabama defines the Real Estate Commission Revenue and also the Real Estate Commission Proportionate Fund. How the fund are going to be collected and ways of spending the same are defined here.
