The Anaheim Housing Authority (AHA) had established the Housing Counseling Agency in 1998 with an aim to of giving home to the renters, homeowners and homebuyers. The Housing Counseling Agency also educate them and further give information to the buyers, renters and homeowners. Group seminars, e-mail, phone and direct communication etc are followed to solve the purpose of educating them.Housing Authority of Anaheim CAIn Orange County, the Anaheim Housing Authority is one of the several authorities that give financial assistance to the weaker section of the society through its voucher programs granted by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). AHA has got financial help from the Orange County Social Service Agency (OCCSA). | Under SMAP the loan amount of not more than 20% of purchase price (cannot exceed $35,000) can be obtained. Under HOME Program home loan upto $50,000 can be obtained. The Anaheim Housing Authority is working towards better living and developing housing communities. |
