Arizona Department of Real Estate

Arizona Department of Real Estate is responsible for giving and regulating the real estate license. This is tackled by the Licensing/Education Division of Arizona Department of Real Estate. The Department of Investigation of the Arizona Real Estate Commission look into the matter of frauds that occur because of the violation of AZ Real Estate Law and thus helps the consumers. Mostly cases related to forgery, dishonest dealings, disclosures, unlicensed activity etc are covered.

The Auditing Division of the Arizona Real Estate Commission has five auditors and the Assistant Commissioner of Licensing, Professional Education & Auditing gives direction to the work of the Auditing Department of AZ Real Estate Department. It audits the work of Real Estate Brokers, audits financial records and Business operations that are done by the property management, campground, subdivision, development brokers, timeshare and cemetery.

The Arizona Department of Real Estate has another department known as the Development Service Division (DSD), which determines the sale of timeshares, subdivided, unsubdivided land, Cemetery plots and membership camping contracts.

The Department of Education serves as a storehouse for the information on continuing education.
