Arizona Real Estate License Reciprocity agreement includes no state making AZ a non-reciprocal state. Every out-of-state applicant will have to complete the requirements of education, experience and pre-licensing education in order to get the license.
If a salesperson is applying for the license then, the candidate will have to attend and complete the 90 hours of pre-licensing education. This education can only be taken from the approved schools of real estate in Arizona. Take this education in the form of classroom study as no online or correspondence study is valid for this in AZ. Candidate applying for broker's real estate license must also submit the Certified License History of the past five years to the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Wercinski has also release a Substantive Policy Statement stating that no waiver will be given to salesperson or broker for 90 hours of education.
