Arkansas Real Estate School is the education and training provider to the candidates who are willing to apply for the real estate salesperson license as well as brokers license. Real estate classes for the courses are taken in the schools that get approval from the Arkansas Real Estate Commission and applicants should take classes only from these approved real estate schools in AR.
Arkansas Real Estate Exam
For Arkansas real estate brokers examination 60 hours of real estate education is must to be completed. Along with this applicant must have the experience of working as licensed salesperson for the last 24 months. The real estate education must be taken in the classroom. AR real estate education requirements further include 30 hours of brokers course.
Post licensing education includes 18 hours of real estate course that is also provided by the approved Arkansas real estate schools. This should be done within a year of getting Arkansas Real Estate License. In all there are 12 approved schools of real estate in Arkansas. All the real estate classes in AR must be in the classroom, as correspondence courses are not permitted in the state. Real estate licenses are put to inactive status if the post licensing educational requirements are not fulfilled. Inactive real estate licenses are made active with 6 hours of continuing education. Expired license needs reinstatement, which can be done within three years of the last renewal. For every renewal continuing education is required that is again provided by the continuing education providers and real estate schools in Arkansas. |
