California Real Estate Association |
California Real Estate Association can be either the Realtors Association, the Department of Real Estate and the Real Estate Inspection Association. Moreover, there is the California Real Estate Commission and Real Estate Board that works to promote the real estate industry in the state. All the associations mentioned above has its own aims and objectives however, their work for the betterment of homebuyers, investors and real estate professionals operating in the state.
California Association of Realtors
CA Association of Realtors (CAR) is a non-profit trade association that caters to the needs of homebuyers and real estate professionals in the state of California. It aims to bring unity between the real estate professionals by improving their skills and their ethical quality of their services with the help of number of education and training programs. The association came into existence in 1905 when some real estate agents from Los Angeles came to form the California State Realty Federation. The organization endeavors to invoke fair practice of real estate transaction.
CA Department of Real Estate
Established in 1917, California Department of Real Estate came up with the first Real Estate Law in the entire nation. The main objective of the Department is to serve the real estate market and protects all the transactions involved with real estate. The department is also commonly known as the Real Estate Commission. They organize consumer awareness programs and work as education provider. The CA Real Estate Department also work with community organizations and governmental agencies in order to further enhance their efforts.
California Real Estate Inspection Association
California Real Estate Inspection Association is a public-benefit organization consisting of real estate inspectors. Established in the year 1976, the association provides training, education and support services to the real estate communities and also to its members.
