California Real Estate License Board or the California Department of Real Estate (CA DRE) was the result of the California Legislature. The real estate license board CA takes care of all the regulations and licensing requirements that include exam, accreditation of real estate schools, real estate courses, issuing and renewing real estate license. The first real estate license law of the nation was enacted in 1917 by the California Legislature that still guides real estate license laws in other states.
