California Real Estate License Reciprocity |
California Real Estate License Reciprocity Agreement is not there with any other state. Reciprocity agreement between the two states gives licensed real estate salesperson or broker the right of working in other state as some of the licensing requirements are waived. But at present California has no such reciprocity agreement with any other state. This means that if the licensed salesperson or broker wants to work in other state then she/he will have to fulfill the requirement of course, exam and renewal of that particular state.
