In addition, you are required to pay a state initial license fee of $200 to the licensing division. The state also make continuing education mandatory for the mortgage brokers applying for broker license. As per the latest amendment, all applicants should complete 40 hours of state licensing education. Moreover, they should pass the two-part exam conducted before applying for the license.
