Connecticut Real Estate Commission was established in 1967 with the Public Act 460 and administered by the Department of Consumer Protection in Connecticut along with other fifteen commissions, councils and real estate boards. CT Real Estate Commission like any other board or council held regular meetings for different topics that include setting examination standards, reviewing the educational training etc. Along with this real estate license to the applicants who fulfill all the preliminary conditions is also given.
