Along with course broker needs to show the experience of working as sales associates. Then 45 hours of post license course also needs to be completed. Any student who wishes to become broker; and at present, has been working as sales associates for the past six months can start the Florida real estate license course. 70%marks are needed to complete this course.
Requirements for professionals from other states
Professionals under mutual recognition also needs to complete the FL real estate license courses that covers License Law and Administration, Brokerage Relationships and Ethics, Real Estate Brokerage Operations, Complaints, Violations and Penalties and Federal and State Housing Laws.
Every broker, real estate sales associates and applicant under mutual agreement need to complete the Florida real estate license course for continuing eduction. For this also, the (FREC) Florida Real Estate Commission has laid down the requirements of courses and number of hours. All the requirements must be fulfilled for the license and renewal of the license.
