GA Real Estate License Reciprocity |
GA Real Estate License Reciprocity contains huge list of states with which Georgia real estate license reciprocal agreement exists. Except for Florida and Canadian Province, licensed applicant from all other states are eligible to get the license and under real estate license reciprocity there is no need to give license exam either.
But to get the license in GA candidate must fulfill certain requirements. The Applicant must have passed the real estate exam in other state, completed the requirements of continuing education and have the license in good standing. Now if all these requisites are fulfilled then fill the Application for Reciprocity License. Candidates applying for broker's license must also fill the Change of Qualifying Broker along with this. Apart from this also attach the following documents that comes under the requirement of GA real estate license reciprocity:
- Georgia Crime Information Report (GCIR): Attach the copy of this report from GA or from the resident state.
- Copy of License History Certificate: it should not be more than a year old and must be issued by the State Licensing Board.
- Copy of certified disciplinary action, if any
- $170.00 as non-refundable fee by cashier's check or money order. Make it payable to Georgia Real Estate Commission.

After getting the license under Georgia real estate license reciprocity of reciprocal agreement, all the licensed profession will then have to complete the requirements of continuing education. Not fulfilling the same will lead to lapse or inactive license.
Further, the applicant from Florida will have to clear the state level exam as per the rules and guidelines of GA real estate license reciprocal agreement. For exam also submit the license history form taken from the Florida Real Estate Commission .
