Illinois Real Estate Commission is an administrative wing of the Division of Professional Regulations that acts as a monitoring body for all activities concerning real estate in the state. The Division of Professional Regulations is one among the four divisions of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation that is the apex body for licensing to over a million professionals in diversified fields.
