Illinois Real Estate License Classes are given to real estate salespersons, brokers, instructors and lease agents. - If you do not have salesperson's license then real estate license class covering 45 hours of pre-license course and 75 hours of pre-licensing course should be taken
- If you have the license then 75 hours of pre-licensing courses need to be taken
After completing the basic requirement of classes, clear the state and national portion of real estate exam. Once you have cleared the exam then you will have to fulfill the requirements of continuing education. For this also there is a need to attend Illinois real estate license classes, which are again can be taken as classroom study or as online classes.
