For this the Authorization Request Form is submitted with the commission then the approval is given, which is shown to the Pearson at the time of real estate exam. Examination Authorization Request forms are available with the Commission and also with the pre-licensing real estate education providers.
As no walk-in exams are available so candidate will have to book for the same. The examination can be booked on phone or on net. In both the cases certain things are required that include legal name, address, phone number, date of birth, type, date and preferred testing center for Maine real estate exam, failing score report (if applicable) and Exam Authorization Card.

Real estate exam in Maine for sales agent is of 3.5 hours duration and of 1.5 hours duration for Maine Law Examination. After the exam official score report is given to the applicant. The passing scores are established by the commission and are 75 in both state as well as national portion of real estate exam.
