Maryland Real Estate School provides a plinth to the real estate students to get pre-licensing as well post licensing real estate education. MD Real Estate Exam
The state portion of exam lasts for 30 minutes and national portion has 90 minutes of time to complete it. All the applicants who want to get real estate license must clear both the portions of real estate exam with at least 70% marks. After clearing both the portion of examination candidate can apply for Maryland Real Estate License and this is done within a year of clearing this exam. It is the PSI that conducts the real estate exam in Maryland. PSI testing centers are available for the real estate license exam. No walk-in exams are allowed so to sit for exam get written registration from PSI. The length of the real estate exam in Maryland is two hours.
Real Estate Exam Questions
Number of questions in real estate exam for salesperson are 110 in which national covers 80 and state covers 30 questions. Whereas for brokers real estate exam in MD total number of questions are 120. National portion of the exam has 80 questions whereas state portion has 40 real estate questions.
