Michigan State Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons was established by the Article 25 of the Public Act 299 of 1980. The Michigan real estate board is a regulatory body that regulates and issues license to the real estate brokers and salespersons. The board consists of nine members who work for the betterment of the real estate sector.

To regularize the work of real estate brokers and salesperson, the Michigan State Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons give license to the professionals who complete their education from the approved schools of real estate. To avoid three years licensing cycle it is better to complete 6 hours of continues education in every year.
