However, it is essential for the applicant to provide a surety bond in amount of $50,100. Moreover, all applicants are also required to submit a recent financial statement and a document detailing the work history for the last ten years.

Out-of-state applicants can also get their license if they are able to fulfill the mortgage licensing requirements.
