- Age of the applicant to get NE real estate license is prescribed as 19.
- Must have diploma from high school or GED
- Pre-licensing education needs 60 hours of study covering 2 courses
- Clear Nebraska real estate license exam with score of at least 75%
Nebraska Real Estate Broker License
To become a licensed broker in the state of Nebraska, one must fulfill the below mentioned conditions:
- 19 years of age is must to get real estate license, Nebraska and candidate must complete the high school diploma or GED.
- If the willing applicant has the experience of two years as salesperson then s/he will have to complete 120 hours of pre-licensing education covering 4 courses. Otherwise 180 hours with 6 courses is required to become licensed real estate broker.
Both of these applicants will have to submit the Criminal History Report at the time of applying for the Nebraska real estate license. Along with this Errors and Omissions Insurance must be provided so that real estate license remains active. Applicants can apply for the real estate licensing within 30 days of clearing the exam.
