Nebraska Real Estate Schools make the career of the students who want to take real estate as profession. Nebraska real estate exam consists of State and National portion. State portion of real estate exam has 32 question in which license laws, rules and regulations related to Nebraska are covered. National portion of real estate examination has 100 questions in which listing property, selling property, property management, settlement or transfer, financing and professional responsibilities are covered.

About 10% of the question in NE real estate exam need mathematical calculations. Separately passing score for both state as well as national portion is 75% . Applied Measurement Professional, Inc (AMP) conducts the real estate exam in NE. Brokers and salespersons can apply for real estate license after clearing the exam.
