Nevada Real Estate License Reciprocal agreement allows the candidate from other state to become real estate professional. Although there is no state with which Nevada has reciprocal agreement but pre-licensing education proofs are accepted from the following state.

Nevada Real Estate License Reciprocity

Salespersons who are interested in getting the license under this Nevada real estate license reciprocal agreement must complete the pre-licensing education from the approved school of real estate in their respective state. In this course 45 hours will be covered by Principles and Practices and 45 hours will be covered by Real Estate Law. In California real estate law is called Legal Aspects of Real Estate.

Anyone who is interested in salesperson license in Nevada and has already completed 90 hours of pre-licensing course needs to complete 18 hours of Nevada Law in order to get license.

But if you have taken pre-licensing courses covering 60-90 number of hours then candidate is required to complete 45 hours of Principles and Practices and 45 hours of Real Estate Law. On the other hand if the number of hours are less than 60 then candidate will have to complete the entire 90 hours under Nevada real estate license reciprocal agreement.

Real estate agent who is already working as licensed professional in other state can apply for the broker's license in Nevada if the following conditions are fulfill either 64 college credits of education or eight years of experience.

64 college credits must include the following:

Real estate Principles- 45 hours or 3 college credit
Real Estate Law – 45 hours or 3 college credit
Real Estate Appraisal – 45 hours or 3 college credit
Broker Management Course – 45 hours or 3 college credit
Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Accounting – 15 college credit
Military education, technical school – 37 college level courses

Although experience gives you exemption but candidate under Nevada real estate license reciprocal agreement or reciprocity requires to complete 18 hours of Nevada Law and 45 hours of Broker Management.
