Nevada Real Estate Courses

Brokers need 64 semester units as pre-licensing education that include real estate courses, such as: Real Estate Law, Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Appraisal, Business or Economics, Broker Management Training and there are 37 non specified units. All of these real estate courses in Nevada must be taken from the accredited University, college or Nevada real estate school. Along with this applicant must also be working as licensed salesperson for at least 2 years prior to applying for real estate exam in the last four years.
NV Real Estate Exam
To get the NV Real Estate License, candidate must also clear the real estate exam. Nevada real estate exam is conducted by the Psychological Services Incorporated (PSI) real estate exam in NV has two parts, which are:
- National Portion
- State Portion
Real Estate Exam Questions in Nevada
NV real estate exam for both the brokers as well salesperson will include 120 questions each. In which 80 questions will cover national portion and rest of the 40 will cover the state portion of real estate exam in Nevada. After clearing the exam, candidates apply for real estate license that needs renewal. Nevada real estate schools provide classes for the continuing education.
