NH Real Estate Broker License

New Hampshire real estate license for brokers has the requirements of age, education and examination. Age of the applicant should be 18 and must have completed 60 hours of education from the approved school. Along with this 1 year of full time experience as salesperson or 2000 hours of experience if working as a part time salesperson to get broker's real estate license in NH is must. Apart from this Surety Bond of $25,000 is needed to have an active license.

New Hampshire Real Estate License Requirements: For Salesperson

Salesperson to get New Hampshire real estate license needs applicant to be 18 years of age. Before applying for the NH real estate license 40 hours of approved educational courses must also be completed. Along with this statement from the licensed broker under whose supervision the salesperson is working must be provided to the commission. It should clearly state the moral character of the applicant. Salespersons also need to clear the real estate exam and then within six months of clearing this exam candidate can apply for the New Hampshire real estate license. If not done on time then the applicant will have to re appear and clear the examination. Inactive real estate professionals require 3 hours of courses in the form of continuing education to bring back the license into active state. Within two years of issuance of real estate license, salesperson will have affiliate with licensed real estate broker so that their license remains active otherwise it will lapse.

To get New Hampshire real estate license all the applicant have to submit the proof of honesty along with the application of getting the license. Candidates from other states who have reciprocal agreement with NH can also apply for the real estate license. But here they will have to clear the state portion of real estate exam.

NH Real Estate License Renewal

Real estate license in New Hampshire also needs the renewal that occurs after every two years. Six months of grace period is given to the candidates after the expiration of NH real estate license.
