New Hampshire Real Estate Schools are gaining momentum as more and more number of candidates are willing to get NH Real Estate License to work as legal real estate professional. New Hampshire Real Estate Courses

40 hours of pre-licensing real estate course is required by the salesperson before sitting for real estate exam in NH. In these 40 hours, 30 hours should be in the form of classroom study from the NH real estate school and not more than 10 hours can be as a distance learning course. This pre-licensing educational requirement must be completed within a year of giving the exam. The requirements of getting license and even real estate education are laid down by the Commission and all of these must be fulfilled. Every candidate must be 18 years of age and complete the educational requirements. Real estate brokers must complete 60 hours of real estate courses in New Hampshire. Candidate must have worked as licensed salesperson before sitting for the exam, at least for a year in the period of five years.

NH Real Estate Exam

The Applied Management Professionals, Inc administers and develops the NH real estate exam. To register for real estate exam in New Hampshire candidate will have to complete the registration form and submit it with Real Estate Commission. The Commission will then send the notification to the candidate via e mail or postcard. After this NH real estate exam can be scheduled by contacting AMP either via phone or online. Real estate exam is conducted twice in a day from Monday to Friday at the following locations:
  • Concord
  • Manchester
  • Portsmouth

Real Estate Exam Questions

Salesperson real estate exam consists of national and state portion of exam and time given to complete it is 3 hours and 30 min. Both of these portions will not appear separate but in a combined form. National portion of NH real estate exam will have 100 multiple choice question and cover topics of Selling Property, Listing Property, Property Management, Settlement or Transfer of Ownership, Financing and Professional Responsibilities/Administration/Fair Practices. The state portion will have 40 questions. Both the portions of New Hampshire real estate examination are must to be cleared for getting license.
