Realtors Association of New Mexico (RANM) has emerged as one of the largest trade associations in the State with more and more real estate professionals opting to become its distinguished member. These members belong to a wide range of real estate activities and may include people like real estate brokers, sales agents, counselors, appraisers, real estate agents etc. Currently, there are about 8,200 members in Realtors Association of NM. Before becoming a member of Realtor Association of New Mexico, a licensed real estate practitioner has to join a local board or association that falls under the jurisdiction of RANM. New Mexico Association of Realtors also provides facilities for specialized designations, such as Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and General Accredited Appraiser (GAA).
