Oregon Association of Realtors (OAR), a trade association for real estate practitioners, was constituted in 1932. The objective was to organize real estate sector in the State of Oregon and to provide a platform in order to unite professionals engaged in various real estate activities. Oregon State Board of Realtors represents the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in the state and provides services to about 19,000 members statewide. It is composed of 31 local boards or associations of Realtors and each of its members is associated with one or more of these organizations.
