RI real estate exam is of four hours and has two portions, i.e. State and National or general portion. 80 scored questions make the general portion of the real estate exam in RI and out of this about 10% of the examination will consist of mathematical computation. Salesperson real estate exam will consist of 45 questions and brokers exam will have 55 questions. Both the portions of real estate exam are must to be cleared to apply for the license.
