Texas Real Estate License Courses For Brokers

Brokers need to complete 270 classroom hours of core real estate courses and 630 classroom hours of related courses in order to sit for real estate license exam. Along with course and education requirement, broker should also have the experience as licensed real estate salesperson (at least two years).

All these TX real estate license courses are approved by the TREC, Texas Real Estate Commission. After completing the education, applicant can then send the educational documents for evaluation. For this application with photocopies of credit transcript or certificate to the Commission. Evaluation fee is $30, which is also submitted along with the application. Within ten business days evaluation letter is sent to the candidate by the Commission. After getting this candidate can start the procedure of filing application for license exam.
