Both the categories of professionals need to submit the complete application of Utah real estate license to the Utah Real Estate Commission of the Real Estate Division.

For this complete application for the license with Certified License History, which should be for the immediate six months period, must be submitted. Principal or Branch broker must submit the notarized letter on company's letterhead with two fingerprint cards.
Renew Utah Real Estate License
Real estate license in UT is issued for the period of two years and renewal should be done not more than six weeks and after the date of expiration.
