Washington Real Estate Schools are required to be attended to get the basic as well as professional real estate education. Along with schools, Universities and Colleges there are many real estate institutes and academies that provide the required number of real estate classes in WA. Therefore candidate can join any real estate school in Washington that is approved by the Washington Real Estate Commission .
Washington Real Estate Education
Requirements of getting license vary with the salesperson and broker. Salesperson are required to complete 60 hours of WA real estate course in Real Estate Fundamentals. This course should be completed before the real estate exam and at any time within five years of the completion of this course exam can be given. Brokers along with education also needs two years of experience as licensed real estate salesperson. Along with this from approved Washington real estate school 120 hours of courses must also be completed. One course each from the following is required:
- Brokerage Management
- Real Estate Law
- Business Management
- Elective Course
Along with this graduation from the high school or the study equivalent to that, which can be General Education Development or College Transcript is required. Washington Real Estate Exam
Washington real estate exam is conducted by the Promissor and needs four hours to finish the examination. This test has two parts, which are:

General portion of real estate exam is completed in 2 hours and thirty min where as States portion requires 1 hour and 30 min to complete it. After the completion of WA real estate exam score card is given to the candidate that has two parts. In one part there exist notification of results and in other final application for the license is provided.
